“welcome to my Hometown”
The Swedish Employment Agency put a twist on the country’s iconic Welcome to my hometown photo series that has welcomed passengers arriving in Stockholm’s Arlanda Airport since 2005. Adapting its widely-recognized tagline to feature portraits of successful Swedish professionals with disabilities, these ads communicate to employers that talent and professional capability can be found anywhere, even among individuals they might not expect it from.
This campaign was awarded the Guldägget (Golden Egg), Sweden’s most prestigious advertising award.
